We’ll be cooking authentic Paella Valenciana together, sharing sangría, a couple of great starters, and mixing languages naturally throughout the afternoon — English, Spanish, and Valenciano. It’s relaxed, social, and very real. Not a cooking “class” in the formal sense — more of an experience.
